Profhilo promotes a multi-level dynamic remodeling of the face and neck, reaching the extracellular matrix, promoting, and maintaining the viability of fibroblasts, keratinocytes, and adipocytes found in the body. When injected, Profhilo stimulates the skin cell receptors to counteract skin sagginess and restore the skin’s elasticity. Profhilo possesses an important characteristic due to its high cohesivity which is its optimal tissue integration capacity. It is uniquely different from cross-linked gels as it has predominance of fluidity over elasticity, resulting in more uniform results without leaving tissue irregularities. Profhilo is notable for its ability to flow uniformly beneath the skin after injection. It intervenes in the physiological process of aging tissue by repairing elastic and collagen fibers. It also enhances the dermal tissue repair process in cases of acne or scars. It works best when injected into the face, neck, and body. Additionally, Profhilo intervenes in case of loss or compromised adipose tissue.

PRODUCT FORMULATION
Profhilo is a simple mix of 32mg of hyaluronic acid high molecular weight (1100 – 1400 kDa) and 32mg of hyaluronic low molecular weight (80 – 100 kDa). This mix of LMW + HMW HA is heated and cooled according to IBSA’s patented thermal production process where no chemical cross-linking agents are used.
