What is Liporase Hyaluronidase and what does it do?

This product contains a specially designed protein enzyme that quickly and effectively dissolves Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and other fluids by speeding up the rate at which they are absorbed by the body. Liporase Hyaluronidase is a risk-free product that rarely leads to adverse effects most of which are a result of injection site reactions and not the product itself. The main use of this tissue modifier are to dissolve HA dermal fillers and similar Hyaluronic acid based gels.

Hydrolysis of HA fillers

Liporase Hyaluronidase swiftly breaks down Hyaluronic Acid of a synthetic origin. This means that it can successfully reverse the effects of a filler injection gel without causing your body to lose its naturally-produced HA. This product is suitable for the following cases:

• Uneven distribution of the HA gel

• Overfilling

• Incorrect placement of the dermal filler

• Accidental intraarterial injection

To dissolve 3cc of Hyaluronic Acid, mix 1 vial of this solution with 3cc of saline water and inject it directly in the treated area

Process of adding Hyaluronidase to lipodissolving injection:

• Mix 5cc of saline to 1 vial of Hyaluronidase, it could be add to a 10cc lipodissolving Vline injection. If it is 30cc, add 2 vials of Hyaluronidase.

• Hyaluronidase is mixed with Vline injection, it is injected along with lido into the fat layer evenly.

• Massage the area where it was treated for 15 minutes each day and 7 days in a roll, apply hot packing after massage.

Caution:

There have been a few reports that some people may have an allergy to hyaluronidase, which happens to those who are allergic to bee stings.
