How to use
The lytic enzyme is present in the form of a lyophilized powder and needs to be formulated prior to use.
*Take a bottle of lytic enzyme, and take 1ml (2ml or 3ml can be) saline or lidocaine into the bottle to fully dissolve the dry powder
*Using a 1 ml syringe to draw 0.1 (0.2 or 0.3 ml) ml of dissolved lytic enzyme;
*Add 1 ml of normal saline or lidocaine and mix well. This 1 ml solution contains 150 U of lytic enzyme. In this way, the 1ml lytic enzyme can dissolve 1ml of small molecule hyaluronic acid, but for products with too high cross-linking degree, the concentration of lytic enzyme should be increased, but do not directly dissolve with the original solution, the concentration is too high. The specific dosage depends on the need, but the dosage is not more than 1500u.
*The prepared lytic enzyme is extremely unstable in aqueous solution, and should be prepared before use. The remaining solution can be stored at a temperature below 30 degrees for 2 weeks, but it can not be reused if it is discolored or precipitated.
Step 2 Testing
Allergy testing is required before using lytic enzymes.
Lysozyme skin test: 0.02ml of liquid medicine with a concentration of 150u/ml was injected intradermally. If a rash with pseudopods appeared within 5 minutes, it lasted for 20-30 minutes, and it was itchy and showed positive. However, a localized erythema in the local area is caused by vasodilation and is not positive.
The lytic enzyme skin test, before using the lytic enzyme, usually we need to perform the allergy test before use, that is, the lytic enzyme skin test. Determine the depth and extent of the injection first when injecting , try to inject it into the middle of hyaluronic acid, and inject it in multiple directions, so that there will be no unevenness after dissolution. When you are unsure of the depth, it should be shallowed as much as possible. Under the skin, relying on drugs to infiltrate, it can also dissolve most hyaluronic acid.
